The Governor’s Office of Planning and Research certifies that its websites comply with Government Code Section 11546.7, as follows:

The Governor’s Office of Planning and Research certifies compliance with Government Code Section 7405.

The Governor’s Office of Planning and Research certifies compliance with Government Code Section 11135.

Consistent with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research issues a statement of partial conformance as third-party documents existing on its main website (opr.ca.gov). This website does not fully conform, but would fully conform to WCAG 2.0 at a Level AA standard if the following non-conforming parts were removed:

  • Documents prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) that are required to be submitted to the State Clearinghouse at the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research and made publicly available through an online database known as the CEQAnet Web Portal. (Pub. Resources Code, § 21159.9, subd. (b).)
  • Documents that are required to be submitted to the State Clearinghouse at the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research and made publicly available through an online database known as the Intergovernmental Review of Federal Programs. (Gov. Code, § 65040.11.5; US Executive Order No. 12372.)

The Governor’s Office of Planning and Research does not control the content expressly listed above. With exception to these uncontrolled parts, the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research certifies that its websites conform to WCAG 2.0 at a Level AA standard.
