We are pleased to announce and welcome public input on the Integrated Climate Adaptation and Resilience Program (ICARP) Extreme Heat and Community Resilience Program. This program coordinates the state’s comprehensive response to extreme heat and builds capacity for heat action planning and project implementation in the most heat-burdened communities by providing funding and technical support.
ICARP staff will host a virtual public workshop to inform partners and prospective applicants about the new Program and gather feedback on extreme heat planning needs in California. The workshop will be held during the ICARP Technical Advisory Council (TAC) meeting on Friday, April 14, 2023. View the agenda and meeting materials on the TAC meeting page.
