The Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LCI), and all its programs, the California Strategic Growth Council (SGC), and the California Racial Equity Commission are fully committed to providing equal access to all programs and services to persons who are Limited English Proficient (LEP) in accordance with the Dymally-Alatorre Bilingual Services Act (Gov. Code, § 7290 et seq.).
